FAQ
Pricing FAQ
Is this a subscription?+
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. 1 credit = 1 Ozil goal AI video (10 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p, with sound). Sales are not open until checkout is available.
What if a video fails?+
If a render fails or times out, the credit goes back to your balance automatically. You only spend a credit on a video you get.
Can I get a refund?+
Purchased credits are not refundable. If a render fails or times out before you get a finished video, that credit is returned automatically. Nothing here limits a right that the law does not let us exclude. If a mandatory consumer right, including a statutory withdrawal right, applies where you live, contact legal@ozilgoalaivideo.org.
Do credits expire?+
Credits stay valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
How do I pay?+
The payment method is PayPal: a PayPal balance or a card PayPal accepts. Sales are not open until PayPal checkout is available. If the buy button says Unavailable, checkout is not ready. Other payment methods are not offered.
How do I download, and what are the limits?+
Download the finished video from this website while you are signed in. You only get the finished video for that task, saved as ozil-goal-ai.mp4. Limits: 1 credit per video, 10 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p, with sound. One photo, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. There is no free video.
What happens to my photo?+
Photo upload and video generation are turned off. We do not accept a photo for this video until photo retention is confirmed in the site settings. Finished videos, once created, stay available to download and are not removed by photo cleanup. Email privacy@ozilgoalaivideo.org to delete a photo or video sooner.
