Terms of Service

The rules for using Ozil Goal AI Video (ozilgoalaivideo.org).

Last updated: 2026-10-13

About the service

Ozil Goal AI Video is an independent fan and meme tool that creates AI parody videos from a photo you provide. Videos are generated by a third-party AI model from your photo and a fixed prompt; results vary and may not look exactly like you.

Not affiliated

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mesut Özil, any football club, league, competition organiser or broadcaster. Names are used descriptively to identify the meme the tool recreates. Generated videos are AI-made parodies and must not be presented as real footage.

Acceptable use

You must be at least 13 years old. You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. You must not use the service to:

  • impersonate, harass, defame or sexualise anyone;
  • create content of minors without guardian consent;
  • mislead people into believing a video is authentic footage;
  • infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

Credits and payments

Credits are sold as one-time packs (1 credit = 1 video) and stay valid for 12 months from purchase. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. Credits are non-transferable. Checkout is PayPal only (a PayPal balance or a card PayPal accepts).

Purchased credits are not refundable. If a generation fails or times out before you receive a finished video, that credit is returned to your balance automatically. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law does not allow us to exclude. If a mandatory consumer right, including a statutory withdrawal right, applies where you live, contact us before you rely on the no-refund sentence.

For billing problems, contact us at the address below.

Content

You keep the rights you have in your photo. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver your video. You are responsible for how you share generated videos.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
