Information we collect

• Photos you upload — photo upload for this video is turned off until we confirm how long photos are kept. While it is off, we do not accept a new photo for a video. After it is turned on, the photo is stored only to generate the video you request and is sent to our AI video provider (Kie.ai, running the Seedance model) for that request. Photos are then set to expire 24 hours after upload. Automatic cleanup can be later than 24 hours. We do not promise the file is physically deleted within 24 hours. Finished videos stay available for you to download and are not removed by photo cleanup. We do not sell photos or use them to train models. Email us to delete a photo or video sooner.
• Account data — email address and name if you create an account.
• Payment data — handled by PayPal; we never store full card numbers or your PayPal password.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics to keep the service working.

How we use data

To generate your videos, provide support, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your photos to train models.

Biometric and likeness data

Your photo contains your likeness. We process it only to create the video you ask for. Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or of minors without guardian consent.

Your rights

You can ask us to access or delete your data at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may have additional rights.
